The following benefits are offered to clients at no additional cost:

  • Private Meeting Room: Complimentary use of a client-only private meeting room (scheduled by the hour on a first-come, first-serve basis).
  • Online Promotion: Client logo on the event website with a link to client's URL.
  • Mobile Application Promotion: Client logo, URL, company description and contact information featured in the sponsor section of the conference mobile application.
  • My Conference Promotion: Client logo, URL, company description and contact information featured in "My Conference," the attendee portal.
  • Renewal Rights: The right of first refusal on the same (or equivalent, if change in offering) sponsorship or exhibition opportunity at The PhoCusWright Conference in 2014. Right of first refusal expires on January 31, 2014.

Additional Benefits for Sponsorship/Exhibition Packages of US$15,000 and Above
In addition to the above benefits, clients with a package of $15,000 or more also receive:

  • Attendee List: Attendee list provided one month prior to the event with subsequent weekly updates and final post-conference list in Excel format.
