Hotel reservations for The PhoCusWright Conference are now available at The Westin Diplomat hotel beachfront resort location. A number of rooms have been secured in The PhoCusWright Conference room block of Superior Rooms, Diplomat Suites and Corner Suites.

A deposit of two nights' room and tax is required to guarantee your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the deposit. Changes made to reservations after the deadline will be at prevailing rate.

Reservation instructions are included in your conference registration email.

Superior Room

Brilliant oversized windows offer magnificent views overlooking the city or resort and include Westin's Heavenly Bed® and Bath®. Upgrade your Superior Room to include an Intracoastal or ocean view for an additional charge (based on availability). See the grid below for room rates and details.

Diplomat Suite
